Upon request, we can prepare hot dishes on the spot, suitable for those with intolerances and those following specific dietary regimes.

As the sunset unfolds, dinner reveals itself as a captivating culinary tale. In contrast to lunch, dinner carries an extra touch of sophistication, blending seamlessly with our elegant courtyard. In the kitchens of Puglian farmhouses, the atmosphere is unique, and time seems to have stood still. The flavors, too, harken back to times gone by: freshly baked bread, garden-fresh vegetables, legumes cooked over an open flame, and grandma’s sweets. At Masseria Grieco, everything is prepared with care and
passion, as we personally produce many of the ingredients we use. Our extra virgin olive oil, extracted from our centuries-old olive trees, imparts an authentic flavor to the dishes.
